phjuan Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1.Eligibility and acceptance

You may register with phjuan only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and are permitted to use online gaming services where you are located. It is your responsibility to understand the laws and restrictions that apply to you. Access to the website does not itself confirm that gaming is lawful in every location.

Employees, contractors, game suppliers, or people directly connected with the operation of phjuan may be restricted from participating in certain games or promotions. A member must not open an account for another person, allow a minor to access an account, or place bets on behalf of a third party.

2.Registration and account responsibilities

Registration information supplied to phjuan must be complete, current, and truthful. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, residential information, and any other details reasonably requested. Nicknames or shortened names should not be used where they could prevent identity or payment verification.

Only one phjuan account is allowed per player unless written approval has been provided in advance. Duplicate accounts may be suspended while the circumstances are reviewed. Associated balances, bonuses, or winnings may be withheld where duplication was used to avoid limits, repeat a promotion, or conceal prohibited activity.

You are responsible for keeping your password, device, and security credentials private. Activity completed through correctly entered account credentials may be treated as authorised. Tell phjuan promptly if your phone is lost, your password is exposed, or you notice unfamiliar activity.

3.Identity and account verification

phjuan may request identity, age, address, source-of-funds, or payment ownership documents before processing a deposit, withdrawal, bonus, or continued account use. Verification helps prevent underage play, fraud, money laundering, unauthorised payments, and account takeover.

Documents must be genuine, readable, and unaltered. A review may take longer when information is incomplete or does not match account records. During a reasonable verification review, phjuan may temporarily limit deposits, betting, transfers, bonuses, or withdrawals. Refusing a lawful verification request may result in account restriction or closure.

4.Deposits, balances, and payments

Transactions are generally recorded in Philippine pesos. phjuan may support GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Availability, minimum amounts, processing times, and limits may differ by account or payment channel.

Use only a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned, and the account may be reviewed. A phjuan balance is provided for gaming and related transactions; it is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Chargebacks, reversed transfers, or disputed payments may lead to suspension while the matter is investigated.

5.Withdrawals and payment reviews

A withdrawal request must use an available method registered to the verified account holder. phjuan may ask the member to complete identity checks or satisfy legitimate anti-fraud requirements before release. Where practical, funds may be returned through the same channel used for the original deposit.

Published processing estimates are guides rather than guarantees. Bank maintenance, payment network delays, public holidays, incorrect details, security reviews, or exceptional transaction volume can affect timing. phjuan will not intentionally delay a valid withdrawal, but may pause one where there is a genuine concern about ownership, fraud, bonus abuse, or unlawful activity.

6.Games, odds, and settlement

Game rules, paylines, return-to-player information, betting markets, event conditions, and payout tables form part of these Terms and Conditions. Members should review the applicable rules before confirming a wager. Once accepted by phjuan, a bet cannot normally be cancelled merely because the player changed their mind.

Casino outcomes are determined through the relevant game system, including certified random number generation where applicable. Sports and boxing bets are settled using the official result and the market rules displayed when the wager was accepted. Obvious pricing, odds, payout, or display errors may be corrected, with affected stakes voided or settled at the proper terms where fair and lawful.

7.Bonuses, promotions, and VIP benefits

A phjuan promotion may have separate eligibility, wagering, game contribution, expiry, maximum conversion, and withdrawal rules. Those promotion-specific rules apply together with this agreement. A bonus should not be claimed until the member has read and understood its conditions.

Unless a promotion says otherwise, offers are limited to one eligible person, household, device, payment method, or shared connection. Prohibited conduct includes collusion, use of stolen funds, automated betting without permission, manipulation of software, exploitation of known faults, falsified documents, multiple-account abuse, harassment, and attempts to bypass geographic or responsible gaming controls.

If suspicious conduct is identified, phjuan may preserve relevant records, restrict the account, void affected transactions, return legitimate funds where appropriate, or report matters when legally required. Any response should be proportionate to the available evidence and the seriousness of the conduct.

9.Responsible gaming obligations

Gaming on phjuan should remain affordable entertainment. Members are responsible for deciding how much time and money they can comfortably spend. Never use rent, tuition, food, medical, or borrowed money for betting, and never chase a loss in the hope that another wager will recover it.

phjuan may provide deposit limits, play reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. A request for self-exclusion should not be bypassed by opening another account. Where matching information identifies a duplicate registration during exclusion, phjuan may close that account and handle the remaining balance under applicable responsible gaming procedures.

10.Suspension, closure, and inactive accounts

You may stop using phjuan or request account closure, subject to unresolved bets, verification, and payment obligations. phjuan may suspend or close an account for a material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, abusive behaviour, failed verification, or protection of the player and platform.

Where an account is restricted, open bets may stand, be voided, or be settled according to the applicable game rules and reason for restriction. A legitimate withdrawable balance will normally remain payable after required checks, except where funds are subject to a lawful hold, reversal, forfeiture arising from proven abuse, or another binding requirement.

11.Technical interruptions and service availability

Device problems, weak mobile signals, scheduled maintenance, provider outages, or events beyond reasonable control can interrupt play. Members should confirm that a bet appears in account history before assuming it was accepted.

If a game disconnects, the verified server record will normally determine the outcome. A completed result remains valid even when the animation was not shown on the player's device. phjuan may cancel or adjust a transaction where a technical fault produced an outcome that could not reasonably have occurred under the correct rules.

12.Privacy, intellectual property, and communication

Personal information is handled according to the phjuan Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Members agree to receive essential account, security, verification, payment, and service notices. Optional promotional communication may be managed through the available account controls.

The phjuan name, logo, page design, written material, software, and other platform content are protected assets. You may use the service for personal entertainment only. Republishing, scraping, copying, selling, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting platform material without permission is prohibited.

13.Complaints, changes, and general provisions

If you believe a game, payment, bonus, or account decision is incorrect, contact phjuan support with your username, relevant transaction details, and a clear description. Keep screenshots or reference numbers when available. phjuan will review the server records and provide a response after considering the available evidence.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated to reflect legal, security, operational, or product changes. Material updates may be announced on the website or through account communication. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming rules, applicable game rules, and promotion conditions make up the agreement governing your use of phjuan. In a conflict, specific game or promotion rules apply to that feature, while mandatory law takes priority where required.
