1Data we collect from phjuan members
phjuan collects personal data in two broad ways: information you give us directly, and information generated automatically when you use the platform.
Information you provide
- Registration details — legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address entered when creating a phjuan account.
- Address and location — residential address collected during identity verification or required by the applicable rules governing the platform.
- Identity documents — copies of a government-issued ID, selfie, or utility bill submitted to verify your identity and age as a phjuan member.
- Payment information — GCash or Maya account reference, bank account number (last four digits), or card details needed to process peso deposits and withdrawals. Full card numbers are never stored on phjuan servers.
- Support communications — messages, chat logs, or email correspondence sent to phjuan customer service.
- Responsible gaming inputs — deposit limits, cooling-off requests, and self-exclusion periods you set through your account.
Information generated automatically
- Device and connection data — IP address, device type, operating system, browser version, and screen resolution recorded when you connect to phjuan.
- Session and usage data — pages visited, games launched, bet amounts, session duration, button clicks, and navigation paths that help phjuan improve performance and detect fraud.
- Transaction records — timestamps, amounts, game IDs, and outcome data for every deposit, withdrawal, bet, and bonus credited through phjuan.
- Cookie and tracking data — detailed in Section 4 below.
2Why phjuan collects and uses your data
Every category of data phjuan collects has a specific purpose. We do not collect information speculatively or store it indefinitely in case it becomes useful later. The main purposes are:
- Account management — creating and maintaining your phjuan account, processing login requests, and enabling account settings.
- Age and identity verification — confirming that every phjuan member is at least 18 years old and is who they say they are, as required by responsible gaming standards.

- Responsible gaming — honouring limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion requests; identifying early signs of problematic gambling through account activity patterns.
- Customer support — investigating complaints, resolving disputes, and providing assistance when a phjuan member reaches out.
- Legal compliance — meeting obligations under applicable licensing, anti-money laundering, tax reporting, and data protection requirements.
- Platform improvement — understanding how members use phjuan so that the mobile experience, game library, and payment flows can be improved over time.
- Marketing (only with consent) — sending promotional offers, bonus announcements, and event updates to members who have opted in to receive them.
3Who phjuan shares your data with
phjuan does not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to the categories below, and any third party that receives data is required to handle it under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
- Payment processors — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and other payment networks receive the minimum information needed to execute a transaction. Their use of that data is governed by their own policies and applicable financial regulations.
- Identity verification providers — specialist services that cross-check document authenticity, age, and address information as part of phjuan's KYC process.
- Game studios and content suppliers — JILI and other game providers receive session and bet data needed to run their games correctly and report outcomes. They do not receive your full personal profile.
- IT and security service providers — companies that provide cloud infrastructure, server hosting, DDoS protection, and fraud detection tools on behalf of phjuan.
- Regulatory and law enforcement bodies — when required by a valid legal obligation, court order, or lawful authority request, phjuan may disclose relevant data. We will inform you where permitted before doing so.
International transfers of personal data, where they occur, are conducted under appropriate safeguards. phjuan will not transfer personal information to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection unless contractual protections are in place.
4Cookies and tracking technologies
phjuan uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the platform running properly, remember your preferences, and understand how members interact with the website.
- Essential cookies — required for login sessions, security tokens, and basic platform functionality. The site cannot operate without these, and they cannot be disabled.
- Preference cookies — remember language, display, and notification settings so you do not need to reconfigure them each visit.
- Analytics cookies — collect anonymised or pseudonymised data about page views, session duration, and feature usage to help phjuan improve the product.
- Security cookies — detect unusual activity, protect against CSRF attacks, and assist in fraud prevention routines.
You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect platform features. phjuan does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels for ad network profiling.
5How long phjuan keeps your data
Data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Active account information is retained for the life of the phjuan account plus a period required by applicable anti-money laundering and gaming regulations — typically five years after account closure or the last recorded transaction, whichever is later.
Support communication logs are generally retained for two years from the date of the last message in a thread. Session cookies expire at the end of each browser session. Analytical and marketing data is reviewed on a rolling basis, and data that no longer serves its purpose is deleted or anonymised. Responsible gaming self-exclusion records may be retained longer to prevent re-registration during an exclusion period.
6Your data rights as a phjuan member
You have meaningful rights over the personal information phjuan holds about you. These are not just legal formalities — they are real options available to every registered player.
7Minors and age restrictions
phjuan is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. The platform does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If a minor has provided information to phjuan, a parent or guardian should contact support immediately so that the account and associated data can be closed and removed.
Age verification is a required step during the phjuan registration and document submission process. Accounts where verification confirms that a member is under 18 will be closed and any balance handled in accordance with the applicable responsible gaming procedures.
8Security measures at phjuan
phjuan implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data it holds. These include TLS encryption for all data in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive records, role-based access controls, regular security audits, multi-factor authentication for internal systems, and monitored activity logs.
While no system can guarantee zero risk, phjuan invests continuously in security improvements and responds promptly to identified vulnerabilities. Members play an important role too: choosing a unique, strong password, keeping your device updated, and never sharing your login credentials with anyone — including people claiming to represent phjuan support — significantly reduces your exposure to account compromise.
9Third-party services and links
The phjuan platform may include integrations with game studios, payment gateways, and security providers. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies. phjuan reviews partners before integration and requires data processing agreements, but cannot be responsible for the independent data practices of third-party services accessed through or alongside the platform.
10Changes to this Privacy Policy
phjuan may update this Privacy Policy when laws change, when new products are added, or when operational practices evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that significantly affect how personal data is used will be communicated to registered members through an in-app notice or email before they take effect. Continued use of phjuan after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
